We have lost a Vmax legend from our motorcycle family this week.
Sadly John Furbur from Allentown PA passed away July 3 in a car accident.
John was a Vmax Guru to say the least. He was known for his invention of the Sportmax seat for our Vmax, as well as selling parts and accessories for the bike, but was into a lot more other hobbies as well as putting a Vmax power plant into a car body with single rear wheel drive !
I had met him at Thunder rallies many times and done business with him in the past over Vmax parts. Had breakfast with him and his gf Saturday morning of Thunder in the Valley, 10 days before his accident . Rip John!
